4 hot cross buns glazed in orange simple syrup and crossed w/ almond icing

4 brioche buns in the style of Italian Easter Breads-braided, with a lemon glaze, sprinkles and a decorative egg baked in the center

All buns are all made with organic ingredients, freshly milled flour and natural leavening.
